With over 15 years of experience across startups and nonprofits, Ruby has led People Operations and Total Rewards scaling efforts in-house at Instacart and Headspace and as a consultant in 30+ companies. She excels at identifying and activating the levers that drive impactful transformation, building people infrastructure that lasts.
Ruby holds a Bachelor's degree from Smith College and is based in the East Bay, CA where she explores California's coasts and forests with her wife and kid.

As former Chief People Officer at STRIVR, Mina built and scaled HR and Talent Acquisition teams over six years. She specializes in workforce strategy, organizational design, and executive search — always focused on making culture and talent a competitive advantage.
As a Certified Co-Active Coach, Mina combines deep listening with practical problem-solving to help leaders answer the question: Who do we need? When? How do we keep our best people engaged? She is SHRM-CP certified, fluent in Hebrew and English, and based in the East Bay, CA.
